THE END OF RETROWORLD This is it everyone, the last update for RetroWorld.... Unfortunately due to major changes in my life, the time in which I used to have free to update and maintain this site has now pretty much disappeared. But all is not lost, there are plenty of other excellent sites out there for you to visit everyday to satisfy your need for emulation news :), especially the sites in which I have specified at the top of this page, those sites are in my opinion a MUST visit if you are after news and in many cases everything else out there which is emulation related. Some of you are probably wondering if I will return in the future with another site under another name?? maybe (about a 10% chance ;), BUT it will NOT be another emulation news site and heck it might have nothing to do with emulation at all... :) So it's farewell to all and I wish everyone involved in the emulation scene in one way or another the best of luck and all I can say is KEEP EMULATION ALIVE!!! :D PS: For my ramblings on the history of emulation, go visit StormWorld. :) and also there will be NO further updates made to this site, so emulator release dates, version numbers etc. might become out of date in the not to distant future.. PPS: Almost forgot to thank my wonderful visitors to this site, without you guys this site would be nothing ;) PPPS: And now I have reached a full circle.... 1 year in the emulation scene :) -- |
